Successful applicant is required to bring the following documents during the registration day:

  1. ORIGINAL documents for verification by Faculty:
    1. Identification Card (I/C)
    2. Master / Bachelor Degree Certificate
    3. Academic Transcripts
  2. Copies of the following documents for submission
    1. Letter of Offer (3 copies)
    2. Health Examination Report (Click Here)
    3. Bill of Academic Fees (3 copies)
    4. Student’s Pledge (3 copies) (Click Here)
    5. UiPS Membership (Click Here)
    6. Identification Card (I/C) (Certified true copy) (2 copies)
    7. Master / Bachelor Degree Certificate (Certified true copy) (2 copies)
    8. Academic Transcripts (Certified true copy) (2 copies)
STEP 3

Payment of the bill can be made on or before the registration day.

  • For Cash Payment :
    Any branch of BANK ISLAM MALAYSIA BERHAD
  • For non-cash payment :
    (Sponsored* , Withdrawal from EPF** or Credit Card):
