STEP 4: SEND REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Prepare the following documents:
- Printed Online Application Form --> COURSEWORK | MIXED MODE | RESEARCH
- A copy of Passport - All pages (must certified as true copy)*.
- A copy of Official Academic Transcript and Certificate/Completion Letter (must certified as true copy)*.
- A copy of Translated Academic Transcript and Certificate/Completion Letter for document in other than English language (must certified as true copy)*.
- A copy of English Proficiency Requirement (IELTS/TOEFL/MUET) (must certified as true copy)*.
- Referee Reports – 2 referees (Click here to download the form).
- Research Proposal – For Research Program Only. (Guideline).
- One (1) page Autobiographical Essay – For MBA AA700 Programme Only.
- Primary Examination Certificate (RACD, MJDS or MOrth) – For Dentistry Programme Only.
- Annual Practising Certificate (APC) – For Dentistry Programme Only.
- Work proof letter (if applicable).
- A copy of processing fee payment proof.
- Checklist for the required documents. (Click here).
- Scan the soft-copy of all the documents and email to ipsisadmission@uitm.edu.my.
** All the documents stated above are COMPULSORY. Unable to submit those documents will cause unsuccessful application. The application only be process after the completed documents and the processing fee is received.
STEP 5: SELECTION PROCESS
- Selection will be carried out at the FACULTY.
STEP 6: SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE'S
Successful Candidaes:
- Faculty will inform Institute of Postgraduate Studies (IPSis) of the successful candidate/s
